We were new to the area and Ryan spent a ton of time giving us a feel for many neighborhoods around Columbia, Ellicott City and Clarksville. He listened to our needs, answered all of our questions, and truly helped us hone in on the right home. Actually, he found our home before it was even on the market! His proactive approach enabled us to be “first in” and that’s what made the difference. He then handled the negotiation and all parts of the transaction flawlessly and patiently.
