Ryan was a phenomenal realtor! I was a first time home buyer and she helped me through everything! She was very knowledgeable on everything (good thing, because I had no clue what was going on!) and walked me through it with clear explanations. Selling our home with Ryan was great! Fast Worker - she came over for the consultation and within a week our house was on the market. She is extremely knowledgeable in what is popular with current home buyers so her recommendations on what to 'touch up' or 'let be' were spot on. She pulled comps on surrounding homes and priced our place just right - it sold at asking price for cash to the first lookers though we had multiple offers after 3 days.
