I met Ryan through an online home listing. He was incredibly helpful with my wife and my move to the desert. He was able to press hard and be tough when we needed him to be and was able to negotiate lengthy extensions of escrow given our contingent sale. He helped us connect with the right financing and hand held us through the land lease approval process. I've bought and sold a number of properties but none this complex and Ryan was a super star. We met Ryan when we started looking for a new home in Indio, he started the process of selling our home in Desert Hot Springs, we sold in less than 2 weeks, although the house was going through huge repairs to the Hot water tank which had caused major issues to the garage and attached laundry room. Ryan helped us find great plumbers, renovation experts and he would be the person on site to make sure the work was completed, until we could get to the house from Canada. He truly went above and beyond to help us. Ryan has contacts with Mortgage brokers and large banks, he can put you in touch with the right people very quickly.
