My husband & I teamed up with Ryan to sell our home in Statham and buy a new one in Oconee County. This was our first time selling a home and we are SO glad we had Ryan to help us navigate the process! He was informative, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we asked hundreds of questions. He was always quick to respond. He listed our house for a price higher than we ever imagined we would get for it and we had multiple offers within 3 days of listing and received almost full asking price! On the buying side, Ryan never tried to sell us on a house. He didnt use the usual uncomfortable sales guy techniques. He had us list out our specific wants/needs, likes/dislikes, favorite neighborhoods, etc and he held to that list!! On several occasions while we were looking at houses he would point out things of concern to us (rotting wood on a deck, holes in stucco siding, close proximity of a neighbors garage to a bedroom window, structural issues, etc) that we would not of noticed ourselves. He was always looking out for us. We ended up buying a house in one of our favorite neighborhoods from our list, with the exact floor plan we wanted, for the exact price we told him was in our budget! From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed working with team Blue and look forward to working with him for all of our future real estate adventures!
