Five stars are not enough for his negotiation skills! Not only did he make it happen ( the penthouse in Midtown Crossing that we wanted!!!!) He negotiated a $35K bonus (third parking space), and another $20k in concessions including HOA costs, a $3K storage unit, closing costs, and various other perks and amenities. We had never worked with Ryan before and he more than exceeded our expectations. He has been there for us all the way...before, during, & after the sale. And he's a really nice guy!
