Ryan helped us purchase our investment property. Ryan was so great to work with! He was very responsive, knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all of the questions I had in prompt manner. He showed us a few houses and he was always there on time even if it was a short notice. Buying an invest property in a very tough market was not an easy task. Our offer was accepted pretty quickly, unfortunately we had some hiccups along the way with appraisal of the property, Ryan was able to go back and renegotiate our offer and brought it down several thousand dollars from our original offer. After negotiating that new price, we were able to close within days. Within a week or so after closing, a few more properties closed in the same community and ours was the lowest price of all of them. We were able to use that money he saved us towards upgrades on the property. Ryan also uses great technology to keep me updated during the whole process. Ryan wasn't the agent I deserved, but definitely the agent I needed. He was in constant contact with me via text, phone calls, and emails. Being a first time homebuyer, I was very thankful to have an experienced agent walk me through the offer/bid process, understanding the purchase contract (stayed on the phone with me for over an hour on a Sat night!), connecting with title and lender, and being available throughout the closing process. It was a huge relief that I could reach out to Ryan 7 days a week with my questions and get a response within an hour (usually within 20mins). As a first time buyer, I had plenty of questions and Ryan ALWAYS responded. He had a 'transaction coordinator' to assist with the closing, but honestly, Ryan was so attentive and available, the TC barely involved haha!
