He is so responsive via phone, text, and email-- even on weekends and evenings. He is proactive, helpful, detail-oriented, a good communicator, is full of insights about the Sacramento area and what to look for in a property, and even great to be around. We spent several full days with him since we were driving out from the Bay Area to Sacramento to look at listings and each time he impressed me with a perfectly coordinated showing schedule and detailed property info with summaries organized in Excel. When we found out we were relocating to Folsom From New Jersey, we were thrilled! And then terrified by real estate prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking prices. We rented in Folsom Empire Ranch for a year working with a real state person for many months and telling us that what we’re looking for with my price it was impossible, not having a good luck with this realtor I decided to start my search on my own, I encountered many different realtors on open house days, the day a meet Ryan at a open house I knew he was the one I needed to hire, he spoke my “ language” he knew exactly what I was in search of, my zone was limited due that I needed to use Folsom public transportation for my daughter to come home from school, Ryan assured me that the home I had pictured In my mind was possible with my price range, he started his search, and less than 2 weeks BINGO he found us a house that my husband my daughter and I fall in Love immediately, house, price, and neighborhood, exactly what we dreamed of. Even though Ryan lives in Sacramento, he is originally from the Bay Area and knows the territory very well. I had an appointment with him to go over all the ins and outs of selling. It took about 3 months before I listed the house with him and during that time he did not pressure me to sell in any way. Ryan totally understands the selling process from start to finish and kept me informed every step of the way. His thoroughness made feel so at ease knowing things were being handled to my satisfaction. Any questions I had he would immediately respond with an answer or would research it.
