Ryan Ahearn was beyond professional in so many categories. From planning an open house, do you every time it was shown either through him or another realtor an email would come through with the time and the date. even more importantly after accepted offer and home inspection. Ryan acted like a general contractor and took care of all that needed to be taken care of. Dealing with the subcontractors when needed, communicated with all parties for an expedited closing with the conditions of COVID-19 etc. I feel he goes above and beyond many other realtors I’ve dealt with in the past!
