Ruzica made the rental process a nightmare for me. She held my application for nearly 2 months without moving forward with either an acceptance or a rejection. We did everything we could to try to find out if there was a problem with our application that was holding up the process. She would sometimes take days to respond. We ended up withdrawing our application because she was so difficult to work with. I will never work with this realtor again.
