My mom died in the middle of the selling process. I went from the Power of Attorney to not being able to make decisions because of how my mom set up the will. Ruthie had to send all the documents to the trustee in Atlanta to complete the sale. Ruthie was very professional and handled the transfer of selling mom’s house flawlessly! Highly recommend Ruthie!
