My wife and I have bought and sold half a dozen homes over the years. We have worked with both good and bad realtors but none that worked harder than Ruthie to get our house sold. Ruthie was incredible. We have bought and sold 5 homes over the years and never have we seen a realtor work harder than Ruthie. While we all tend to bemoan realtor fees, we certainly did not in this case. Ruthie worked tirelessly, probably spending more time than anyone at the house, preparing it for showing.
