We have dreaded selling our condo for about 10 years. We bought it at a bad time and the value had significantly depreciated. A family member recommended Ruthie Lynah because she had seen how professional and hard working Ruthie is. We knew exactly what we needed to sell the condo for to break even and Ruthie helped us to get to that point. She staged the condo and helped us to decide what needed to be changed to make it more marketable. We were out of town throughout the selling and closing process and she navigated that complicated communication very well. We also listed our condo in March of the corona virus, but Ruthie persevered! She showed the property several times for us and helped us to evaluate three different offers to find a solid buyer. The condo sold in less than 45 days, allowing us to break even which was a miracle. We will be forever grateful to Ruthie and will reach out to her for all future real estate transactions!
