Ruthanne is incredibly knowledgeable of Windermere and the surrounding area. She has a large network of connections which helped us collaborate with a General Contractor, Handyman, Loan Officer, and Home Maintenance Companies to make sure we were purchasing the right home for us. Ruthanne understands today’s market, which helped us to see the value (or not) in the homes we were looking at. On top of all this she is absolutely lovely to work with. Ruthanne is honest, eager to help, and always responsive! I 100% felt I had a friend helping me through the process of finding the best home for my family. We were a family moving to Windermere from out of state, we had specific needs that had to be met and she made it all happen.
