I contracted Ruthann to sell my sister's house which turned out to be a complicated process due to many issues including some that were unexpected. She approached the sale with vigor and enthusiasm even though it proved to be a difficult sale. She went above and beyond what I would consider normal expectations. Ruthann obviously knew the market for this property and worked with potential buyers to sort out ones that did not appreciate the situation. She found a buyer that paid a reasonable price for the home and is remodeling it for use as a rental property. Throughout the process, she always was upbeat and positive that a good outcome would result. Her communication skills are excellent and I always knew what would be the next step in the process.
