Ruth has many years of experience in the local area, is established in the Realtor community, and uses that knowledge as your representative in the transaction...she knows her stuff! (2) Attention to detail. There are a thousand questions and problems in a real estate deal, and Ruth solves them while they are small...she's proactive, rather than merely reactive. (3) Commitment to Excellence. I frequently ask people when I need advice, 'what's your gut feeling?' If you choose to use an agent/broker, you need to trust their judgement.
