I recently had the pleasure of working with Ruth Stultz on the sale of an existing home and the purchase of a new home. Ruth is a hard worker and very knowledgeable about the local market. I feel like Ruth took a very personalized approach in regards to our wants / needs and worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy every step of the way. When we were stressing about moving timelines, and with our mini storage being closed due to a loss of power in the area, Ruth personally reached out to the owner and he was able to grant me access so I could meet my move out deadline. It's this type of genuine care and support that separates Ruth from other agents. Her dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how she went out of her way to accomodate us with viewing schedules, providing honest advise, her exceptional market knowledge and outstanding communication.
