RUTH SHAN

Ruth and her team were amazing. They did a great job with presentation and videos and pictures were of the best quality. Her integrity and experience showed the way she got back to me, worked hard and gave great feedback. She did such a great job and sold my house so fast. They became like family immediately where you put your whole trust in them. Very personable and always helping in any way possible. I couldn’t have had a better team sell my house. I am so happy I was referred to them.

Ruth is a pleasure to work with for many reasons - she is knowledgeable and up to date with the fine points of Home Buying and renting. With many years experience she is able to apply commonsense solutions to the myriad issues involved in each transaction. We are lucky to have found her.

Ruth managed this property before it we entrusted her to handle the sale. She is an experienced professional who knows her business. At no time did I feel as though Ruth didn't have things in full control. Choose her for your realty needs with confidence.

Ruth was extremely helpful with the closing of our escrow. She always kept us informed every step of the way and stayed on top of any issues that came up and helped to make it a smooth process from beginning to end.
