Ruth Reyes Johnson

Meeting Ruth was a stroke of luck in the inevitably stressful process of relocating. I first worked with her for a short-term rental in Miami Beach, and I was confident I'd put my trust in her again for my first home purchase. I wasn't wrong. Ruth was patient, understanding, supportive, and professional. She goes out of her way to understand her client's needs, and does a great job at explaining the state of the market to create realistic expectations. One of Ruth greatest qualities is her sense of fairness. She'll get out of her way to negotiate the best deal for her client, while ensuring that all parties involved are satisfied with the final deal. Overall, I can only say that it was a blessing having done business with Ruth, and more importantly, having gained a new friend in her.
