Ruth is the best.

Ruth is the best. She has helped us for over a decade dating back to selling our Long Beach apartment back in 2012 and when that fell through getting it rented and resold 4 years later at a higher price. She helped us find a rental home back in 2012 and now she helped us find this permanent home. She always goes the extra mile for Shannon and I. Back in 2016, when we had trouble with condo paperwork getting to close she worked with my father to get the financial documents created and fixed and secured. With the new home, we had an offer on a different place that fell through and she found this home (and she was right. things happen for a reason) which is 20 times better at a better price. During our search, shes not looking for the commission but the home that is right for you. We looked at a home and after walking around immediately said my advice we could do better for this money and she was right.
