I have been working with Ruth since 2019. She has been both a selling agent and a buyer agent for myself. She additionally succeeded in completing a purchase transaction with my son. I met Ruth two years ago, while looking for a potential home for myself and my partner. Her warm smile and demeanor, put me at ease at the onset. I hired her to list my house. Ruth came over and was all in!! She helped me clean, decorate, donate, stage, paint, and shop. She planted beautiful plants in my garden. She was more than a real estate broker. She quickly became a good friend. COVID hit, and we decided it was time to hold off selling the house.
