We purchased a home in May 2017 as we were relocating back from out of state. The sellers had numerous issues through the sale process. Ruth was an amazing advocate on our behalf and maintained a cool but stern professionalism when handling the situation. As various items popped up after closing, Ruth was still 100% on the job in handling things. She has never once pushed us aside, she makes you feel as though you are her only client and gives you undivided attention.
