She worked hard to figure out what we were looking for, brainstormed with us on what was most important to us and helped us find our new home- over the course of our limited search time frame of 2 days. A year later, she was instrumental in helping us fashion an offer for for a family member buying a home in the same community in which we live. Although the seller ended up with multiple offers, Ruth was instrumental in working with us and the sellers' agent in ensuring we had the successful bid.
