Ruth Ann defines the term “above and beyond.” We purchased a house while living 300 miles away and she was an amazing help, as we flew in and out of town, and as we just did things from afar. She took care of inspections, repairs and helped us coordinate all aspects of a complicated sale. She is completely unflappable and helped us make good choices when we got frazzled during the process. She was also able to keep track of the details and make sure we missed nothing.
