We picked her because of two unrelated recommendations and we are glad we did. She knew the market very well and was able to get us top dollar. She was very respectful of our home situation during the sale process even considering the pets that could not be removed at a moments notice. She helped us find movers and cleaners, sold all the items that we had to leave behind and dealt with the last minute surprises which we couldn't do because we were absent. She did a fabulous job of taking care of everything for us and we highly recommend her as an agent.
