We interviewed several real estate agents due to some bad experiences we have had in the past. Ruth Ann was the person we went with ... and we definitely made the right decision. She stayed in contact with us and helped us negotiate the price we were asking. She knew real estate law very well and helped us when counteroffering and building addendums.
