We recently purchased a home in Louisiana while living 6.5 hours away in Georgia. Throughout the entire process, Rusty went above and beyond as our realtor, coordinating inspections and assisting with numerous home improvement projects. He also made himself readily available to meet with contractors, provide access to the property, and ensure they understood our expectations and project goals. We were completely pleased with the entire experience and felt comfortable throughout every step of the process. We highly recommend Mr. Yates to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and dedicated real estate professional.
