This was my second time selling a home with Rusty at ITG realty. After losing my brother in May, I had the task of selling his Palm Bay home. Rusty was great at making this process quick and easy for me. He is knowledgeable with the Brevard County real estate market and does the research needed to buy or sell in todays competitive market. His skills and knowledge made it very easy to communicate with him and get answers to all my questions. He is very informative while still being personable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. We received 8 offers in the first two days on the open market. And the offer accepted was $16K over asking price. We were able to close on the cash sale in about two weeks.
