John Russo helped us with the home purchase. We were unfamiliar with the area and quite honestly the process as well. John made it easy to navigate the process and showed us as many properties as as soon as we requested to see them. Once we settled on the particular home he helped us negotiate a rather favorable price.
It was a pleasure working with John. He was very helpful with local knowledge and was easy to reach/quick to get back to me. Interestingly, he alerted me to a listing that was not even on my radar, and it was perfect for my needs...soon it will be my new home!
John was the most responsive real estate professional we have ever worked with, always getting back to us within a few minutes and always eager to help. He made appropriate suggestions and had a very friendly, easy-going interpersonal style. We never felt pressured and always felt supported through the complicated process of house buying.
Russo hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
