Finally after about 6-7 months of packing, downsizing, and organizing, we were ready to put the house on the market. Russell advised us on the pricing, and he was spot on, perfect. The house was listed, the sign went up, and it sold in one day. Russell's knowledge of the real estate market, and the whole process of selling a house was outstanding, he was great at answering questions, and was extremely responsive. It was really great to get to know Russell and Nicole, it was a pleasure to work with them and he made selling the house a really positive experience for us.
