While the title of this is a seller, Russell was the buyer's agent and work on behalf of me and my girlfriend. The house was in an as-is condition and in need of a lot of renovations and improvements. The house had been on the market for nearly a year when we looked at it. It was one of the more complex transactions that took a lot of creativity on Russell's part to make it work. It involved a lot of things he needed to work with the seller's agent on to make the deal go through, which included thinking through and finding a way to have the transaction go through as a short sale as the seller's were in a very challenging predicament and the listing price was simply too high. Russell thought outside the box and found a way to make it work with the use of a short sale specialist advocating on our behalf. The seller's agent was instrumental as well and Russell did a fantastic job working with him to find a solution. I would highly recommend Russell for anyone looking to purchase a home.
