We were so fortunate to have found Russ Sheerin. He was the BEST realtor Lynn & I could have ever hoped for. He was remarkably helpful selling my condo. He worked well beyond what one could expect. Knowledgeable, responsive, and staying in touch constantly. With all the delays we experienced, Russ was always on it! I just have to say, Throughout the experience Russ was always working, this sale was far more complicated than either of us anticipated. Russ never backed down. His patience and willingness to keep things moving is a trait that I will never forget, in the end honestly Russ and I have become friends.
