My mother passed away and left me with a house in Long Beach and a home in Anaheim. Russ was AMAZING!! He understood how delicate the situation was and how emotional I was while having to sell my childhood home. I lived out of state and Russ took care of everything. He dealt and met with contractors, photographers and got the home on the market and even sold one of them before we held the open house hundreds of thousands over asking.
