This was not the first time I was selling and purchasing so my expectations were high in terms of what my agent should be doing for me. Russell far superseded them when it came to the sale of my home (which took no time at all) and purchasing my next home (happened even faster). He was available whenever I needed him and helped expedite a lot of due due diligence. A great negotiator and very thorough. I have personally used Russ for both the sale of my old home and purchase of my new. Additionally, I have referred him to my parents, my co-worker, and a friend from the neighborhood I just sold from. Russ, is not your typical realtor. Typical realtor: sources homes, makes appointments, takes you in to show. I have seen Russ ruin more nice pants and shirts by being the first to get into crawl spaces and attics, point out water stains, stick his finger in wood rot, etc., Russ is not a realtor who is out for a quick sale - he points out the good, the bad, and the ugly. He's the above-and-beyond, go out of his way realtor that is relationship-based. Not to mention, he has the patience of a saint! If you've used other realtors before, be ready to have your expectations exceeded!
