As a first time home buyer, time and time again, Russ kept me out of harms way by not looking at properties that were not suited to my specific requirements. Russ is extremely knowledgeable about the area and with me being from a different state guided me to find the just right property. Russ is always professional and courteous with prompt and immediate answers, no matter what type of question I would ask. I am sure some of my questions were pretty dumb! Through the whole process from locating the property, recommending the Mortgage company, house inspector, to the closing, Russ guided me with above and beyond reproach. Even after closing Russ continues to be a friend, by asking if there is anything he can help with, when others would have abandoned at the beginning.
