From the day we signed up with Russell, we quickly felt we had made the right decision. He took took the time to go over all the paperwork with Mary and I and made sure he answered a y a d all questions. He kept in constant contact with us letting us know how each showing of our home went. Once we had a buyer, he worked with us keeping us posted as to all moves forward until escrow closed. We highly recommend Russell and give him an A+.
We worked with Russell for most of a year as our estate made slow progress through probate. He managed the property, performed needed maintenance and preparatory work, readying the property for sale. He gave excellent advice on a listing price and presented the property with superior description and photos. The sale was accomplished within two weeks of listing. I strongly recommend him.
