You are probably wondering about my title for this review. My experience utilizing Russell Chase as my real estate agent has been nothing short of remarkable. Russell's demeanor, skill set, knowledge of the market and personality made selling my home quite easy. I have used Russell before and I was not disappointed in him then nor did he disappoint me in this sale. He rewarded me with great value for my home in a short period of time. I respect Russell because he was open to my concerns and he was always looking out for our best interest. If ever I were to be in the market selling or buying a home again, Russell would be at the top of my list to assist.

This property was a rental, and Russell had ideas I would never of thought of. His sign was out 1 day prior to updating, and sold within 20 days. He is the only realtor I use snd I have family in the business that even call for ideas! Thank you Russell, you are superb.

Russell has many qualities I have not had with other realtors- upfront, honest, patient and most of all listens. He assists in what improvements will be the most bang for the buck.

Russell just knows the right steps and process for selling commercial or residential properties. He listens and informs the client what his next marketing process. I enjoyed his honesty.

We had some challenging situations and he navigated through them with great expertise and in a calm professional manner. Russell made our experience as painless as possible.
