Russel is one of those rare agents who brings both expertise and camaraderie to the bargaining table. He's professional, kind, and has an excellent rapport with other real estate professionals and lenders. He was patient with us out-of-towners as we learned how things are done in Georgia, and helped us remain realistic with our goals. If you need a landscaper, painter, or electrician--he knows a guy! Buying our home with Russel as our guide was a great experience. We'll continue relying on his expertise for all our home-owner goals.

Russel is an amazing realtor! I would highly recommend Russel to any of my friends and family to purchase or sell their homes. We reached out to Russel with an idea of what we were looking for and where, and he quickly setup a search tool that notified us as new properties were posted. He also setup a meeting right away with us to get to know each other so he could better understand our family/needs. He was always extremely patient when we were asking questions and always provided answers in ways we could understand. One thing I really appreciated is that if he felt like a home wasn't in great shape or wouldn't work for us, he would let us know that and clearly explain why he felt that way. He wasn't just trying to sell us a house and move on, he genuinely cared about us and wanted to make sure we got the perfect house. He was also very quick to respond when we reached out (even on the weekends and vacation days) and would review properties we sent him addresses for ahead of time and provide a lot of information prior to us even seeing the house. He knew that we wanted a property that was relatively flat and would pull topography reports and help us compare to properties that we had already viewed so we could visualize the report data. Russel helped us find and purchase a great house on 10+ acres with amazing views, a pond and a river right off the pasture. Even after we closed on our house and all the paperwork was done, Russel still keeps in contact and has helped me find contractors as well as sharing his knowledge when it comes to house maintenance questions I'm not familiar with. As he said in one of his emails, "The goal is to be your agent and your friend for life." He has lived up to that goal and couldn't be happier with everything he's done with us.
