My wife and I have been in our new (and first) home for about a month. As first-time buyers we of course had lots of uncertainty about many parts of the process. Russel was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had, was virtually always willing to meet/talk on weekends or evenings if our schedules demanded it, and did a great job of relaying between ourselves, the lender, and listing agent to make sure everything was in order and we knew what step was next. Especially as first-timers we were very personally comfortable with Russel; we always felt that he had our best interests at the center. We always felt comfortable asking what often felt like silly questions and he did a great job explaining and connecting the process; points of potential bargaining, the pros and cons of various decisions, the importance of a home inspection and what we could glean from it, etc. We really could not recommend Russel more highly, in particular if you are preparing to home-shop for the first time.

Purchasing a home and moving in from out of state, Russel made the transaction go very smoothly. He is very knowlegable about the local market and responded quickly to any text I sent to him. His professional approach and warm personable personality put me at ease and allowed me to make the best decision possible. Thank you Russel for helping me make Grand Forks my new home!
