Over the last five years, Russ has represented us on the sale of two houses, one purchase and one rental. I don't often leave reviews but this guy certainly deserves a rave review. I know that I'm not the easiest client as I'm a constant skeptic, I ask a ridiculous amount of questions and my expectations tend to be unreasonably high; but Russ handled me and our transactions like a pure champ. We have been extremely fortunate to have such a smart, savvy, reliable, patient, fair (and most importantly) honest person by our side. He's just a top notch dude who really knows his stuff.
