Our experience working with Russ was definitely different that any other we have had selling a home. We were moving out of state but where rushed to put our home in NH for sale ASAP for us to get the other home. Not really ready for this, we called Russ and he immediately took over and helped us through the challenge of getting the house ready and listed while we were out of state! It was up and down (as you expect with things like these) but Russ was positive and encouraging guiding us through the sale in the NH area. We got our house sold in time and are moving to our new home out of state! Thanks Russ for all the hard work on this!

Russ went out of his way to help us find a condo that fit our needs, going out of his way to make sure we could see as many options as possible, whether they were local to him or not. He was extremely helpful and responsive through every step of the way, from initial introductions to the closing. It is obvious that Russ takes great pride in providing a welcoming and informed service to home buyers, and understands that it can sometimes be a stressful situation. At all times, we felt like we were in good hands, and working with Russ made us comfortable and confident. Without his assistance, I'm sure we would still be looking for a condo that checked all the boxes, but thanks to his efforts and assistance, we are looking forward to spending a lot of time on the course, near the lake and skiing this winter. Russ was quite patient and understanding in our search for our forever home. Our budget was not grand though our desires were many. Russ was diligent in searching for properties that would fit our budget and check most of the boxes. The property we ultimately purchased has so many character points that truly made it our dream home! It was built in 1987... the same year we moved to NH. Each step is just the right height so my husband and son do not have to stoop to kiss me! The closing date was also a sign that Grace Manor was a perfect fit! Thank You Russ!
