Russ was 15 out of 10! Russ bent over backward for us. We started looking in Ponca City. We decided to reach out to Russ who lives in Ponca City and he able to find us the perfect short term rental. Russ and his entire team were absolutely amazing to work with. When we were shown our newly remodeled home via video, it ticked every box we had asked for. They were up with us working with us into the early morning hours. Making sure that our move to Ponca City would be completely seamless and boy they succeeded. The buyer made a cash offer, then asked for an extension three times in order to instead procure a loan. Russ stayed on top of the situation and the closing happened by our required deadline, which was December 30.
