We would highly recommend Rush Sedberry if you have lake land to sell. We had been trying to sell three lots at Guntersville Lake for a few years, both through realtors and by owner, with no success. In fact, we had gotten little interest in these particular lots. Within a few weeks of listing our property, Rush was getting serious inquiries and we had a signed offer less than a month from the date the lots were listed. Rush was highly responsive and helpful. We appreciated his knowledge of the area and his regular communication. He also provided good marketing, with a well-done video in the listing.
