Rush was wonderful to work with. He seemed to know a lot about the Jacksonville market and seemed to have a *lot* of experience selling homes. I was an out-of-state seller (I was there for a few days after signing the contract with Redfin but then had to fly home to Seattle). And as such, there was inevitably going to be extra challenges due to not being there. Rush helped me navigate these challenges and made the process go as smoothly as can be. I'm pretty sure that at least once during the process I told him "you're my hero!" in the context of thanking him for something. And if not, then better late than never, I'm saying it now!
