Ruschele Abbruzzese

Ruschele understood the market in central Ohio and our neighborhood. She came in, was very clear about what I did and did not have to do to get the house ready, and she took care of everything else. She priced the house perfectly (there were multiple offers on the FIRST DAY), she advertised the open house in a way that had the home packed, and she even had a red carpet and charcuterie for the buyers. She is an experienced and skillful negotiator and an excellent communicator. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Ruschele has a warm, bubbly personality and is one of the kindest, friendliest realtors I've ever met. She was so good with our family and helped include our young children in the whole experience. (They love her!) Throughout the process of buying and selling a home, Ruschele had a remarkable ability to answer our every call and respond to our every text with lightning speed. Her answers were helpful, thorough, and reassuring. She was able to provide insight into the value and structural integrity of our prospective home. Our experience with Ruschele was very positive.
