Ruhi did a great job in making our buying process in Lafayette a positive experience. She made sure that all of the documents were delivered in a timely matter. She was always positive and did not bring any drama to the negotiation table. Ruhi has an excellent understanding of all legal aspects of real estate transactions.
We tried selling our home with a couple of different agents . We sat on the market for over 120 days. We listed with Ruhi after being recommended to her and were sold in less than a week. We were shocked to say the least but really appreciate the prep & design work, marketing and advertising that she puts into it. I will recommend her to all our friend and will use her service when we are ready to purchase !
Ruhi was a great real estate agent. She worked through many complicated issues both on my end, and the sellers end. Even though she represented both me as the buyer, and the seller, I never felt like she was putting my interests second. Always prompt, ever patient, I would gladly work with Ruhi on my next real estate transaction.
Ruhi Alikahn is an extremely competent real estate professional. Her marketing expertise is definitely her core skill. Ruhi was responsive and always focused on maximizing the client's home value. Ruhi went the extra mile in making the stressful experience of a home sale into a predictable and cooperative business transaction. I would highly recommend her as partner in your home sale. We had such a great experience working with Ruhi when we bought our house that when we decided to move, we didn't even consider another agent. We needed to sell quickly and she definitely made this happen. Within a week of our initial meeting with her, she had our house professionally staged, photographed, and listed. She even made it a point to attend the open houses (sat and sun that weekend) herself to get to know potential buyers. We had multiple offers after only 6 days of our house being on the market. We were very happy with the offer we accepted and the way Ruhi walked us through each step of selling our home. I thoroughly recommend Ruhi if you need to buy or sell. She really knows real estate and her warm, personable demeanor make her a pleasure to work with.
Ruhi assisted us in the purchase of our dream home in Dublin. We'd always had our eye on a specific home and one day when it unexpectedly came onto the market, we immediately decided we wanted to make an offer despite the fact that we were prepared to be disappointed at losing to someone else because of the intense interest in this home.

Ruhi was instrumental in our offer being accepted by the seller against seemingly impossible odds. The process after that was also long and stressful - or at least we heard it was - but with Ruhi as our agent, much of those problems never affected us much.

Then of course, in selling our own home once we new we were buying another could have been a lot less successful has it not been for Ruhi's in-depth knowledge of the market and what does and doesn't sell when putting your home on the market.

With Ruhi, buying our dream home was a dream in itself!
Ruhi sold our home and also helped us repurchase a home. She really knows what she is doing. Her timing was spot on. She advised us when to sell for top dollar and how to time our purchase. We are very impressed with her professionalism and her attention to detail . We only recently met Ruhi through a friend but I really wish we had known her during our previous real estate transactions.
Ruhi is truly a Campbell Specialist. Her experience really helped us get our home ready to sell and got us a great price for our home. She also helped us buy our dream home. We would highly recommend Ruhi!!
Ruhi served my wife and me in the best way, from the first meeting, till buying the house, and even after. Did not take her long time to understand exactly the taste of my wife and our budget limitations, and since then showed us good potential houses - and gave her 2 cents when we asked her for her opinion. She was always responsive and also very active, she is extremely diligent. We felt that with her we did not waste any time and could get the house that we wanted. Very professional and highly recommended!!
