Ruby was amazing!  we were first time buerys, and honestly started the process on a whim, Found a house we liked, went and viewed it at least 6 times (all of which Ruby was incredibly understanding of). She was more than accommodating and pointed us in the direction of a very good mortgage broker by the name of Jeanne Hollis at Guild Mortgage. Ruby was very good about getting us paperwork and communicating with us, and as such we reciprocated it with her this made everything very smooth.
