Ruby is the best! She is not pushy, she knows the values of the homes and makes sure she stays within your budget, and she does all the work. She's very relaxed and if you see the house you want she will draft documents within 20 minutes of leaving to make an offer!

I bought my new home with Ruby via long distance, basically over the internet as I was in Columbus Ohio and couldn't ask for a better person to help me buy my new Arizona home.  She was extremely knowlegable about the entire process and walked me through things step by step.  Her communication with me from the start to finish was excellent and she was always available for whatever questions I had.  I honestly can't say enough good things about Ruby.
