She was extremely knowledgeable and we felt she worked for us in every way.  She was also easy to be with and we enjoyed being in her company.  She provided us with names of people when we needed help, such as someone to do electrical work for us, or replacing the drain under the sink, or just the name of a handyman should we need one.
