Ruby Wagner

I recently relocated from New Mexico to Georgia. Ruby was recommended to me by a coworker and I am eternally grateful for the referral. Ruby exceeded my expectations as a Real Estate professional at every turn. She patiently educated me on all aspects of buying real estate in Georgia. After spending some time with me to understand what my family's needs were, she put together a selection of properties that she felt were good fits for us. She was extremely patient as we toured each of the properties. She pointed out things that she found concerning, things that I might have looked over or thought unimportant. After spending a few days with her, I felt more confident and educated as a home buyer. When I had a question, she had an informed answer ready. If it was something that she wasn't aware of, she was able to quickly track down information that we could trust. When it came time to make an offer, she quickly turned around all relevant paperwork so that I did not lose out on the time I had set aside for finding my new home. She is personable, professional and someone that you can trust. I only wish that I could give her 6 stars, because 5 is too few. If i am in need of a real estate agent in the future, Ruby will be my first and only call.

Ruby was a great help she found a a 6 month rental so we had time to look at homes once we arrived here in the Atlanta area. <br/><br/>So when it came time to purchase we came right back to her and she showed us a lot of houses and I mean a lot of houses. She was very patient with us and we finally found the one. <br/><br/>You could not get a better real estate agent!

Ruby was very integral in helping me and my husband purchase our first home. Not only is Ruby a consummate professional and impressively knowledgeable about many local Georgia neighborhoods, she handled each step of the process with our best interests in mind. We had worked with other realtors prior to Ruby with frustrating results (i.e. feeling rushed into making decisions, not understanding our needs, etc.), and what set Ruby apart from the rest is her honesty, integrity, and just being able to depend on her wealth of knowledge and knowing that you could trust her advice without any hidden agendas. She ended up finding us an incredible deal on a foreclosure and negotiated through the multiple bidding process with finesse. We've recommended Ruby to our friends and family and will continue to do so with the utmost confidence that she is the best person to handle any real estate needs.

After working with another agent for a short time, my wife and I began working with Ruby to purchase our first home. It was very easy for us to talk to her and she worked hard to show us homes we were interested in. She is very responsive to all calls, text, etc. Once we found a home, we unfortunately ended up with a very difficult seller. The seller was representing themselves and unwilling to make a fair deal for the home. Ruby was a very professional resource in the negotiations as well as during the inspection phase to get us the concessions we deserved. She provided the barrier we needed and was able to negotiate through the sellers rude tactics and harsh words to get us to a deal. Without her this deal would not have been reached. She also is the main reason the experience turned out so positive and, dare I say, fun even, given this situation. I can not recommend Ruby enough. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and one of the top in her field. Another strength that separates Ruby from the rest is her knowledge of renovations and the cost of repairs. This is something which she has spent a lot of time doing and really knows her stuff. She was able to point out a few things that even the inspector missed. After the closing, she is still proving to be an invaluable resource in helping us contact contractors, as well as lining up the contractors to do the repairs and renovations. Because of her personable and energetic nature she has become someone that we trust and now consider a friend.
