She represented me with the purchase of my home and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. Having worked with other realtors prior to meeting Ruby, she was not pushy at all and I never felt like she was trying to just make a sale/commission. She was very supportive of my decisions and took the time to understand me, what it is I wanted and was looking for, and it was always up to me. She always had my best interest in mind and any time I had any concerns, she was available to address them. Ruby was a great person to work with. She made the selling process super easy for me. She was informative and very supportive throughout the whole process. There were many hours of driving and later hours. She never complained and even saved me a number of trips to the house. She was eager to take care of everything and make the process painless for me. She had good contractors to clean and fix up the house to put some good polish on it. She held them accountable to do good work. Ruby walked me through different options and clearly explained things when I had questions. She quickly built a trusting relationship with me and the buyer's agent. They worked together great to complete a smooth transaction. Ruby is super nice, but also pushed when she needed to. I'm very pleased with this partnership.
